His lecture took place at the Nissan Lecture in St Antony’s college, where he talked about his own role in addressing the crisis in Venezuela, since his appointment as a SG in 2015. The SG was welcomed by the Warden of St Antony’s College, Professor Roger Goodman. Students and fellows from various programmes in the university, as well as members of the Oxford community, attended the lecture, an event that also served to highlight the significance that our university gives to Latin America.
